If your student requires attention to special dietary needs we will do whatever we are able to assist you, within the scope of U.S.D.A.'s regulations.
If a student has food allergies, several layers of protection are in place to ensure their safety. Food ingredient labels are studied every day, every meal, to make sure the foods we serve are suitable.
Food substitutions are made within reason and upon the receipt of the required statement from a medical authority (see forms on left).
Diet patterns for our students requiring diabetic, calorie-controled, and other special meals are developed each month to reflect, as closely as possible, the regular menu.
