Today is officially Mrs. Biscorner's last day. We are very sad to see her go, but very thankful we were able to work with her as long as we did! She did an incredible job starting off this school year with us and we wish her the best of luck as she moves into a Literacy Coaching position at Montabella.
I am very excited to announce that we have found a wonderful replacement for her!
Please join me in welcoming Mrs. Dawn Russell, who will be taking over that position on Monday. Mrs. Russell has worked in education for over 20 years. She earned her teaching degree from CMU; and a fun fact about her, she did part of her student teaching in Australia! She taught for four years in the upper elementary at Central Montcalm before taking some time away from teaching. She felt the need to get back into education. She has worked supporting students with special needs, was an instructional para at Ithaca for 10 years, and has started this school year as an instructional para at Pine Ave.
