The APS Staff Spotlight is shining on Mrs. Engel, 5th grade teacher at Pine Avenue, this week! Mrs. Engel has been teaching at Alma Public Schools since 1991! She loves teaching science and engineering and seeing the joy it brings students as they to work together to solve problems and create new things. You might be surprised to learn that she is a stained glass artist in her spare time. Mrs. Engel also enjoys spending time with family, playing European style board games, creating stained glass projects, reading, riding bikes, hiking and walking with her dogs. Mrs. Engel wants everyone to know to always give it your best and never give up!
