Luce Road Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) is now providing child care during fog delays and snow days!
🕖 Snow Day Care: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($50 per child)
🕖 Delay Care (Fog/Snow): 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM ($20 per child)
⏰ Extended Care:
Before Care 6:00–7:00 AM
After Care 3:00–6:00 PM
($15 Before OR After | $20 for both)
🍎 Meals Provided
Families must be pre-registered to use Fog Delay and Snow Day Drop-In services.

You are not required to bring your child EVERY snow day/fog delay. But pre-registration is required to use the drop-in at Luce Road ECLC (535 N. Luce Rd) services. It is available for all students preschool through fifth grade.

We are offering childcare services for preschool–5th grade students on Tuesday, December 10th from 7:00–11:30 AM. Optional early care beginning at 6:00 AM is available for an additional cost. Breakfast will be provided, and bussing to your child’s home school is included.
A separate registration form is required for each child.

We hope you had a happy and thankful Thanksgiving!! This week, short but full of so many wonderful memories and things to be thankful for at Luce Road. The staff and students came together in so many ways to show gratitude and thankfulness! Please see the principals weekly update for this past week and updates for next week!

The idea behind the project is that students sat at a makeshift table decorated in the season’s festivities and learned how to sit together, share space, use kind words, and listen as their friends talked about what they are thankful for.
As a whole school activity, students created Thanksgiving placemats to use at home this season. Each placemat is decorated with pictures and words that show what your child is thankful for. We encourage parents to send us pictures of students using their placemats during their family festivities.
These simple projects are really about something bigger: building community. Friendsgiving gave our students a chance to work side by side, learn how to come together, and see that we are all connected. We hope these placemats spark meaningful conversations at your table about gratitude, family, and the joy of being together. 🦃🍽️🧡
