Greetings!
It is my pleasure and honor to introduce myself as your new principal of Donald L. Pavlik Middle School. I am extremely proud and excited to join your school and support our students, families, and staff. This will be the start of my 16th year in education. My background includes being a middle school/high school counselor for eleven years along with four years as a middle school assistant principal. I have worked for Cassopolis Public Schools, Montabella Community Schools, Ravenna Public Schools, and most recently, Chippewa Hills School District.
My husband and I have lived in Riverdale for the past three years. We absolutely love where we live and enjoy being in the Alma community. We spend much of our free time raising and showing quarter horses. We are heavily involved in the Michigan Quarter Horse Association along with showing on a national level. My husband, Mike, is an environmental consultant and works with large farms through a consulting agency, Ag Advantage, out of Bay Port, MI.
