Just a reminder that we are hosting a Scholastic book fair this week February 16-23. Students will have an opportunity to browse and shop with their classrooms.
We will be holding a Family Night on Thursday, February 22, 4:00-7:00pm. This is an opportunity for families to come in and shop the book fair together.

All Luce Road ECLC Families: Join us tomorrow evening, Tuesday, January 30, 5:30-7:00pm, for our Family Literacy Glow Night. You and your child will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, enjoy some snacks, and leave with a book and make & take activities. We look forward to seeing you!
Mrs. Leppien joined us for a lunch to celebrate School Board Appreciation Month. The students enjoyed talking with her about our ROARS and introducing her to Sunny! Happy School Board Appreciation Month to all of our members!
Due to fog, Alma Public Schools will operate on our late start schedule today, Thursday, January 25, 2024. Luce Rd. Childcare will open at 7:00 AM. APS start times for late start days are as follows: Luce Rd - 11:33 AM; Hillcrest - 11:38 AM; Pine Ave - 11:43 AM; Middle School and High School - 12:00 PM.

Due to back road conditions, Alma Public Schools will be operating on our delayed start schedule today, Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Luce Rd. Childcare will open at 7:00 for previously scheduled children.
Safety is a top priority. Alma Public Schools' staff is participating in school safety professional training today. With no students on site and in partnership with Alma Police Department and Secure Environment Consultants, our staff will participate in scenario training. We will use our internal alarms and PA. Please do not be alarmed if you see police presence at Alma High School.

Gratiot County is under a winter storm warning. Due to expected hazardous conditions, heavy snow, and high winds, Alma Public Schools will be closed on Friday, January 12, 2024. Luce Rd. childcare will also be closed.
