Last night at the regular Board of Education meeting, a decision was made to offer two childcare (age 3 & 4) classrooms and one preschool classroom housed at Luce Road Early Childhood Learning Center beginning the 2023-2024 school year. It was important to share this communication today, and you can expect to hear more about this exciting change in the coming weeks and months.

In 7th grade STEM class the students are learning to code with Ozobots! Ozobots are little robots that are designed to use color combinations to move on a path from one location to another. Ozobots use sensors to follow lines and read color codes. Students can choose unique codes for speed, direction, fancy moves, and more. The possibilities are endless!!

Please understand that daycare is different than before and after-school care. Alma Public Schools is moving forward with after-school care options as soon as this year and will provide information as soon as the program is developed.
