Last evening our Alma to DC students visited the new Eisenhower Memorial.

Alma to DC 8th graders are almost through Pennsylvania, next stop DC!

50 of our 8th graders were up bright and early this morning to board busses bound for Washington DC. They will spend the next 3 days touring the capital.

The Track meet today at St. Louis has been CANCELLED due to the weather, but practice is OPTIONAL from 3:30 - 4:30.

DLPMS staff and students participated in an ALICE drill this afternoon. The focus of the drill was "evacuation". Students and staff reacted appropriately, evacuating the building in a safe and efficient manner. The Alma Police department assisted in implementing the drill. Everyone did an excellent job and responded very quickly. Thank you to all who participated.
