During the month of November, the elementary classes did a coin war to raise money for the homeless shelter, Hope House, for homeless awareness month. The district brought in a total of $3,282.70!!! The winner of the coin war is Trefil from Hillcrest with $244.64!! CONGRATS!!!

We are so fortunate to have the CMU STEM experience in our school today! Paid for by the PTO, each class will get to have a hands on field trip at school!! This is a GREAT opportunity for our students!!!




It is going to be COLD this week! Please make sure students are bundled up!!! If “feels like” temps are 0 degrees or below, we will have recess indoors.

Due to the low temperatures this morning, students will be coming inside the school when they get here. Anytime the feels like temps are 0 or below, students are inside.

As we return to face to face instruction tomorrow, Alma Public Schools asks that parents and guardians keep symptomatic children home.
We also encourage students to mask as we return from a high exposure holiday period.

We are so excited to start the new year and see everyone back at Hillcrest Space Station tomorrow morning! Make sure to bundle up and bring back boots, hats, gloves, and snow pants! These are the parameters we use for the cold temperatures and outside recess.
