We have partnered with Gratiot County Hope House and are participating in a change drive. The change drive will end on November 30. The class that raises the most money throughout the district will win a pizza party. All classes that participate will receive a prize for participation.

She is very respectful and courteous to her classmates and teachers. We are so lucky to have her in our class. Keep up the good work Jaclyn! Sowders Harper Hale Harper Hale is our classroom Star Student. Harper is a very caring and thoughtful student. She has many friends and works very well in groups. Harper is always using her ROARS and has amazing focused attention in class. Harper recently became a big sister and we are so excited for her. She is going to be a fantastic role model for little Zoey. Keep up the great job! We are so lucky to have such a great role model and friend in our classroom community! Sandro Siya Tedhams Siya is a joy to have in the classroom. She is a kind, quiet, sweet girl who wants to be everyone's friend. She is caring, polite, thoughtful, and always willing to help a friend in need. Siya works hard setting an example of a student who is following her ROARS. She is always eager to share her thoughts in class discussions. Siya is a great role model for our class. Thank you, Siya! Keep up the fantastic work! Trefil Tony Cleveland Tony is always on task and working hard. He works hard to show his ROARS every day by being respectful to others, doing his job, and making safe choices. He is always one of the first to offer someone else help. He also encourages others to make good choices and is an excellent role model for his peers. Keep up the great work Tony! We are lucky to have you in our class. Hancock Gabe Larson Gabe has earned our Star Student of the Month! Gabe practices his ROARS each and every day at Hillcrest. He is a wonderful friend to others, demonstrates superior focus during instructional time, and is always willing to learn new and exciting things. Gabe's smile and great sense of humor make our classroom a better place! Congratulations to our favorite "cheese-stro-naut!" Vozar Elise Blandford Elise is our Star Student of the Month! Elise is a wonderful friend to everyone in our classroom. When she sees someone that needs help, Elise will stop what she is doing to lend a hand. She demonstrates her ROARS by encouraging others to make good choices. 3rd Grade Wickes Harper Hancock Shining bright in our classroom this month is Harper Hancock! Harper brings a big smile and sweet hugs to our classroom. Her thoughts enrich our conversations and her willingness to learn new things helps her rise to the challenge each day. Harper is always looking out for others and is often the first to lend a helping hand, comfort a friend or share an encouraging word. We are so fortunate to have Harper in our classroom! She is a great role model for our class! Faustmann Nolan Davidson I am honored and thrilled to nominate Nolan as our classroom's Star Student of the month. Nolan is a kind, thoughtful and hard working young man. He always puts forth a lot of effort in everything he undertakes. Nolan is well respected and is liked by all members of his class. He is a good friend to all. Graham Braden Gillock Braden is a very hardworking student! He always follows his ROARS and is a great role model in our classroom.
