Due to bus driver illness, students riding bus G will be picked up an hour late today. If your child rides bus G, you will receive a call from the transportation department. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Scholars are learners and teachers. Scholars know that they are to be the change they wish to see in the world.

Mrs. Ferguson's students are engaged in partner work. Scholars are using coordinates to create a volcano map to visualize the Ring of Fire during our Birth of Rocks Science Mystery Lesson.

Pine Avenue students will kicks off its Anti-Bullying Campaign with an Anti-Bullying Spirit Week.

November is Homeless Awareness Month, and Pine Avenue wants to bring awareness of housing insecurity and homelessness within our communities. We are partnering with United Way to raise money for Gratiot County Hope House through a coin war challenge called “Coins for a Cause”! United Way is committed to matching all funds raised (up to $10,000), so now’s your chance to double your donation! Students can bring in their spare change during November. The classroom that raises the most money will win a pizza party from United Way!

Students at Pine Avenue will be celebrating Halloween with a Costume Parade and Class Party.

Mr. Taylor’s fifth grade scholars are writing adventure stories as part of Bookworms curriculum.
