Mrs. Shimunek's accounting class attended the Accounting Student Leadership Conference at Northwood . . . Students learned about the accounting profession and related opportunities, made connections to course content, networked, explored campus, and won prizes.

The Alma High School and Middle School staff had the opportunity to listen to Dr. Jonathon Glenn from Alma College about navigating differences. He had a very powerful message in the impact we have on our students!

Mrs. Eggenberger's AP Government students are having an election results watch party!

Our Social Studies department put on a mock election for AHS students to participate in on Monday. Students were exposed to a real life voting experience.

Mrs. Parsons Chemistry 2 visited the Auto Lab today to learn about how batteries work and how temperature affects tire pressure. This is a great collaboration between our science and auto programs.

Mr. Brasher’s Digital Media class collaborated with AHS alumni Lynzee Harrison’s Photography 1 class today at Alma College. The college students taught the high school students how to use digital cameras both outdoors and in the studio. Both groups had a great time!
