Alma Public Schools had the opportunity to participate in Gateway to Gratiot as part of the First Year Seminar with Alma College. It was great to welcome all the new Scots to Alma and the community!

Pool hours for next week
Join us tonight for our Community Tailgate before the football game! Come out early for food, fun, and time with the community, then stay to cheer on the Panthers. We hope to see you there!
Alma Public Schools is looking for certified lifeguards to work the following shifts at our pool:
-Monday from 8 am to 11 am
-Wednesday from 8 am to 11 am
-Saturday from 8 am to 11 am
The pay rate is $17.50/hour

If you do NOT have a color tag, please come into the office. Make sure you have your ID ready if you come into the office. Thank you!

Our staff had a great first week of learning and a huge thanks to our community partners for their support!
Dr. Peggy Yates led our paras through the first session of the Para educator Academy through the Council of Exceptional Children. They learned through engaging activities and real life scenarios.
Our teachers capped off a great week with keynote speaker, Dr. Nancy Frey! Her presentation was a great way to send us into the new year!
