AHS is excited to announce that we're starting up an after school tutoring program. This program will be run by certified teachers starting Monday, Feb. 19th and running the rest of the school year.
Location: High School IMC
Times: 3:15 - 5:15pm
When: Monday - Thursday the rest of the school year
Mrs. Ferguson's students are learning how to enhance their swimming skills.
Scholars in Mr. Taylor's class created scale models of the solar system, determining what planets would be feasible to send a rover to explore, based on light reaching the planet.
Even on a day off from school, the Alma High School Jazz Bands were up early to compete at the CMU Jazz Band Festival! They sounded great!
Students in Mrs. Fornusek’s Panther Period did a whole-class “Order of Operations Scavenger Hunt” to practice and expand their knowledge of PEMDAS

We LOVE when the CMU STEM lab comes to Hillcrest! This week, our 2nd graders get to work on coding to program robots!
Mrs. Klein's 6th grade math class completed Order of "Operations" problems to save three patients. Maybe some future doctors in this bunch?!
