Hillcrest was honored to have Mr. Art McClintic at Hillcrest today to celebrate School Board Appreciation Month! Mr. McClintic was able to have lunch with our Student Council members and talk about his role as a School Board Member. THANK YOU to all of our School Board Members!
Due to fog, Alma Public Schools will operate on our late start schedule today, Thursday, January 25, 2024. Luce Rd. Childcare will open at 7:00 AM. APS start times for late start days are as follows: Luce Rd - 11:33 AM; Hillcrest - 11:38 AM; Pine Ave - 11:43 AM; Middle School and High School - 12:00 PM.

Our 6th-grade engineers are hard at work completing their coolers. They are applying what they have learned about the engineering and design process, heat transfer, insulators, and conductors to create a cooler that will keep popsicles from melting!
Scholars in Mr. Taylor's class participated in a mock congress where both House and Senate Representatives attempted to pass a bill to create a new class law. President Taylor had to veto much of what came across his desk.
