Congratulations to Jacob Montney, who was selected to be a fellow for the Equity in Civics Youth Fellowship. This is a program through iCivics. Jacob spent several days in DC in the fall as part of this program.

With the donation of student section t-shirts from 104.9 WQBX the Boys Basketball Team and Student Council collected 180 food or hygiene items to help re-stock the AHS Panther Den.

2022 Graduate Amber Tedhams entered the Hemlock Semiconductor 13th Annual Community Calendar Contest in April of her senior year and in December was chosen as one of the artists from Gratiot, Saginaw, Bay, and Midland counties to have her artwork displayed in the calendar and the Saginaw Art Museum.

All week we have had students working through Xello in the media center to update their Educational Development Plans (EDP). This helps students identify areas of interest and assist in the career preparation process.
