Winter Formal 2022!
Congratulations to the AHS Jazz Bands on their very successful performances at the CMU Jazz Festival. The AHS Jazz Bands earned the following honors in Class B: 2nd Runner-up Most Outstanding Section--AHS Rhythm Section; Most Outstanding Section--AHS Trombones; 2nd Runner Up Best Soloist--Sam Leppien; Most Outstanding Soloist--Charlie Lord; Most Outstanding Band--AHS Jazz Ensemble
20 High School boys and girls soccer team members are coaching the PAL youth indoor soccer program this morning. Thank you for the great leadership.
Another one of our outstanding teachers at AHS receiving recognition. Congrats Mrs. Eggenberger on receiving the CFX Golden Apple award.
The High School Jazz Bands were still able to perform today at the CMU Jazz Band Festival. The Big Band sounded great!

Mr. Eichenberg’s last day at AHS was yesterday, as his hard work has earned him an outstanding opportunity in an investigative field. We are thankful for his work with our students and his contributions to the Criminal Justice CTE program at AHS!

Tonight’s athletic contests have been cancelled by the hosting schools. There will only be varsity practices that will finish by 5:30pm. Coaches will communicate with their teams on the times & locations.

January’s Panthers in the Spotlight!
Please be advised that Alma Public Schools will be shutting down for three (3) school days resuming on Monday, January 24th. This includes all extra-curricular activities for the next five (5) days as well. No student work will be sent home. This is not remote instruction.
AHS National Honor Society is doing a T-Shirt Sale. See the attached order sheet. Please print this off and bring it in completed with payment to the Student Services Office by February 1st.
Attention Freshman & Others: Class ring information was given out on Friday, Jan. 14th. If you missed the meeting or are not a freshman but are interested you can pick up an informational packet in the office. Ring orders can be submitted during lunch or after school on January 26-27th.
