Welcome to AHS Mrs. Schroder!
My name is Erin Schroder, I am thrilled to join Alma High School as your newest science teacher. While I am new to the district, I have been a teacher for 22 years. I grew up in Reed City, MI and have always been fascinated by science. I went to Ferris State University where I earned a degree in Biology Education with a minor in General Science. I have taught just about every science class you can imagine in both charter and traditional public schools.
I live in Sanford with my husband and our three teenage children. We have a dog named Larry, a rabbit named Moose and a backyard pond full of fish. I love to spend time with my family and friends, exercise, read lots of books, and be outside in the sunshine.
I can’t wait to get to know everyone and I am excited for the new school year!

Looking for a way to support the Alma Panther Choir Program? We’re collecting Bottle & Can Returns on Thursday, August 10th from 2-6pm in the AHS South Parking Lot. Why? The Chamber Choir has been invited to perform at New York City’s Carnegie Hall in Spring of 2024! Please help support these amazingly hard working students by donating your already drank bottle & can returns to the Alma High School South Parking lot between 2 and 6pm. We hope to see you! 🖤 🧡 🎶

New stripes in the parking lot. We are getting a little closer to being ready for the year!

Sealcoating the AHS parking lots this week in preparation for the 2023-24 school year.
